Building Material 20: Call for Papers

The twentieth edition of Building Material, the journal of the Architectural Association of Ireland will be launched in 2014.
This issue will be structured around the theme ‘Building Material’. The editorial committee welcome original submissions on any aspect or interpretation of this theme.
Submitted articles must not have been published, nor be under consideration for publication, either online or in print. Written submissions should be a maximum of 4,000 words. Shorter articles are also welcome, as are graphic works.
All submissions will be assessed by two reviewers and acceptance decisions will be communicated by mid-June. Articles should be prepared in MS Word, double-spaced at a minimum 12-point font size. Building Material uses Harvard referencing style. Completed articles should be submitted by email to the editor(s) by Friday 25th April 2014. To facilitate the process of double-blind peer review, please ensure that all contact details are contained in a covering email and that authors’ identifying details are not included in the article file.
